Professional Background
Born in Montreal, Canada,
Mary is a trilingual graduate of McGill University, with a
Bachelor's Degree in English and Communications. She moved to
Siesta Key in 1994 with her husband and their two daughters.
After many years of working in sales, marketing, staging and
advertising, Mary originally burst onto the Commercial Real
Estate scene by personally coordinating large commercial real
estate transactions including: Sarasota Golf Course;
multi-parcel Florida East Coast and Panama City assemblages for
hotels and condominium complexes; a Siesta Key boutique
hotel; downtown Sarasota apartment complex; multiple duplexes,
as well as marinas and vacant land for residential development.
With her extensive expertise and exceptional negotiating skills,
Mary eventually focused her considerable energy and efforts on
Residential Real Estate in Sarasota. Mary has acquired a
